Return Policy
Custom Creations Party Place is dedicated to exceptional customer service. I treat every order as if it were my own, to make sure your stationery arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I strive on the many positive feedback comments I have received on my creative work and my time and care I put into each and every order. I believe you will be completely satisfied with your order, which is why I offer mailed samples on my invitations. I encourage you to order one before placing an order. This will give the customer a better look and feel of the finished product before a purchase has been made. All orders placed include proofs, which are approved by the customer before the printing process has begun to ensure there are no errors. Custom invitations cannot be returned unless your order arrives with a misprint that was not in the final approved proof or you feel your invitations were grossly misrepresented. In these cases, I will correct them, if time allows or gladly issue you a refund.
Shipping:
All items are shipped from Canada through Canada Post and normally take approximately 1 week from the date of shipment for Canada & approximately 1-2 weeks to the USA. Quicker shipping methods can be purchased. Please contact me at info@custompartyplace.com for details.
International Orders: Please allow up to 3 weeks.
Samples: Will arrive in approximately 1 week.
Duties,Taxes,Brokerage Fees:
For orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada, Custom Creations is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be associated with the shipment. Furthermore, Custom Creations is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees associated with noncompliance. Although, this has only been an issue a handful of times in the past few years, it is possible. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. Orders refused be the buyer will not be refunded.
