The idea behind my invitations are to offer a different approach to traditional wedding invitations for the modern bride by creating unique and distinctly different theme invitations and still keeping them affordable. Options are unlimited. Several premade designs are on site to inspire and can be use entirely or use as a base to make it easier and less stressful for brides to choose from, as it can be overwhelming for a bride creating something from scratch. Turn around time can be as little as a few days. Samples of premade designs are offered to give customers the look and feel of the finished product.

Ordering Process/FAQ

Ordering Process:

All invitations are printed on either glossy paper or cardstock. Each one is tailored to your photos, information and personal style. All colors, fonts, wording can be changed and designs adapted for your custom event can also be added. You may choose any design shown to use as-is with your information and photos, or customize the design to suit your photos, text, colors, etc.
1. Browse my invitations until you find a design you like, or that can be modified to suit your needs.
2. Leave a detailed note with payment (or email, including your email address and purchase) with your desired customizations.
3. After you have sent your information and photos (if applicable) you will receive your proof within 24 hours.
4. After the digital proof is approved, it will be printed and shipped within 24-48 hours (large orders, and Wedding invitations take a bit longer) & I am not liable for any errors in typography or design that were in your approved final proof.

Payment: I use Paypal as my secure payment processor to keep your credit card/bank information safe. I accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx), eChecks & Paypal payments, all via PayPal as a secure payment processor. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you may use a credit card to pay, this is just a secure way to process your payment. Never send any credit or bank card information via e-mail, it is unsecured and I will not process payment information sent this way for our own protection.

FAQ's:


What are my customization options and how much do they cost?
You can change the font size, color and font style during the personalization process at no extra cost. Most fonts or colors are available. Wording can be customized to your preferences. If there is something you would prefer left out or moved around in the design sample, this can be done as well. Editing photos: I do include complimentary photo touch-ups. This includes brightening and sharpening your photo images for optimal printing and removing red eye. All color pictures can be converted to black and white or sepia tone for no additional charge. Cropping is also included. Backgroound Removal: The background of your photo can be removed for an additonal $5 charge.

Is there a minimum on the amount of invitations ordered?
Yes. The minimum amount is listed on each invitation page. If the minimums aren't met, your payment will be returned.

Can I get a printed proof of my invitation mailed to me?
Due to the costs and also time involved in producing custom designed printed proofs, I prefer to work via JPG approvals. I offer mailed out printed samples of previous designs to show you the finished quality instead.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Invitations that are quickly created and approved can take as little as 1-2 weeks to arrive. If your design requires several changes and specialty colored papers ordered (boarding passes) or if it is a very large order, it could take up to 1 month, depending on the communication between Custom Creations and the buyer. Please order well in advance as I cannot be responsible for late orders.

Do you have an Addressing Service?
Yes. I will address and print return addresses for you.

Return Address Pricing is $0.35 each.
Guest addresses can be purchased in adhesive label form for $0.50 each. They will not be printed on the envelopes, in case of any errors. Guest lists can be very large and several addressing mistakes can be made when sending me your guest address list. This way, if any are misspelled, you can choose to handwrite those ones instead.

How do I upload photos?
From my computer:
Click on the "Add/Remove Photos" link on the personalization page Select "My Computer" from the list of available photo sources Click on the "Browse" button Select a photo with a supported file type and click "OK" The photo will start uploading, and will appear in your photo tray once the upload is complete Click "I'm Done" to return to the personalization page and use the uploaded photos to complete your card.
From Photo Sharing Sites: (Flickr, SmugMug, Picasa)
Click on the "Add/Remove Photos" link on the personalization page. Select a photo sharing site and log in. After you sign in, you should see a list of your photo albums or photo sets. Select one of the albums, and the photos from that album will start loading from the right hand side of the page. Navigate through your uploaded photos in either 'List' or 'Grid' views. If you would like to see a larger image of a photo, mouse over the thumbnail and click on the "Quick View" button; to exit out of the "Quick View" interface, just click "Close". You also have the ability to sort your photos by name, date uploaded and size When you find the photos you'd like to use, simply click the check boxes next to them and then click the "Import" button. The photos will start uploading and will appear in your photo tray once the upload is complete. Click "I'm Done" to return to the personalization page and use your photos to complete your card.

What guidelines should I know when I submit my photos?
To help us ensure the best quality of output for your photos, please follow these guidelines when submitting your photo: Please do not submit your photo as a link to an online photo service (e.g., Shutterfly, Kodak Gallery, Snapfish). Such services store the original, high resolution photo on their servers to use for printing but only show a low resolution version on the web, which is fine for viewing on a computer monitor but does not print with clarity. Always send the original photo from your digital camera, shot in the highest resolution your camera will support. When uploading your photo, I will contact you if the photo size is too small. While it may be tempting to crop the photo or stamp out something you see on your own, please be assured that I can do the best job of enhancing your photo.

What if I do not have my photos ready? Can I still complete my order and submit my photos later?
If you do not have your photos ready, you may complete your order and make me aware of this before I send your proof. Otherwise, I will assume you didn't want the photo option in your design.

Is there a file size limit for sending photos?
Yes. The maximum file size is 10MB.

What file types are supported?
JPG, BMP, PHG & GIF.

Can additional matching items be created for purchase?
Yes. I offer matching items. Samples will be emailed upon request.
